Foundations Pediatric Therapy is an outpatient clinic focused on the development and growth for the pediatric population with the use of physical, occupational and speech therapy services. If you are interested in gaining observation experience, learning more about a certain discipline or volunteering to assist in the clinical environment, please complete the application here and our staff will be in touch with you to provide you dates and times of availability.
Due to the high volume of observation/volunteer requests, hours are limited to a maximum of 18 HOURS. Thank you for your understanding and desire to learn more about pediatric therapies at Foundations.
